Summer is in full swing, but we definitely haven’t forgotten about our softball family! ☀️🥎

Behind the scenes, our volunteers have been hard at work building travel teams, planning Fall Ball, and getting everything ready for another amazing season.

September will be here before we know it, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back to the fields. Whether you’re returning or joining us for the first time, we’re looking forward to another season filled with friendships, hard work, and plenty of softball!

What can we even say about this HudMo season?!

Our 8U Xpress Diamonds stepped up and played in the 10U division all season long. And talk about a learning curve! 😅

Tournament weekends meant playing 8U rules, then during the week they had to flip the switch and play 10U rules against bigger, older girls. Different rules. Different game. Different challenges.

But these girls NEVER backed down. 💪💎

They learned. They adjusted. They battled. They gave it everything they had and left it ALL on the field.

And tonight, it all came down to one final game.

The Diamonds battled Westland Hills in an absolute nail-biter. They fought through lead changes, put up FIVE runs in the fourth, watched Westland battle back to tie it 7-7, and then pushed across the go-ahead run in the fifth.

And when it was time to finish it…

THEY FINISHED IT. 🔥
