The Aviators were founded by Anthony Fitzgerald in 2003 & continuing to grow! Non-profit wheelchair softball league, that is continuing to grow.
We are looking for players, sponsors, etc. and encourage all players with various disabilities to join our team! We meet every Monday during the season at 6 p.m. at Eisenhower Memorial Park in East Meadow, Field 4!!

This past Saturday, October 25, 2025 we had the honor of playing Jeremy's Alehouse East Misfits softball team once again at the Freeport Nautical Mile Fall Festival and Fire Expo.
Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to Leonardo Rodriguez, and his lovely wife Michelle for organizing this annual fundraiser for us, and the following local Freeport businesses and other neighboring businesses who were extremely generous donating gift cards and gift baskets to raffle off, and donating to the team for use of much needed funds for equipment, travel and other expenses: Atlantic Hardware, Steve's Prime Meats, Jones Beach Brewery, Montana's Pizza, Avenue Sounds, Atlantic Nursery, Imperial Diner, Two Cousins, UPS Store Freeport, Freeport Junk Yard, Non-Stop Towing, Action Auto Wreckers, North Bellmore Collision, No Limit Autobody Hicksville, Quinn's Auto, Trimz Barbershop
