Anyone remember this truck? Extra point if you can tell me the fastest ET it ever ran?

This was one of many amazing days at the track. A bunch of my Brothers came out to the track to watch me race.

A flashback to 2007 was a crazy weekend. We showed up to Earlville for the NHRA Division 5 race and couldn’t get the truck to run. Kevin with Hughes transmission was there racing and said I believe it’s your transmission. He said I have a new one and a converter. Try it and go win!! We put the transmission and converter in and won the event in Top Sportsman! The one thing I always loved about drag racing is that a complete stranger will help another out in a time of need and become friends forever.

This was my very first vehicle. It went through a lot of iterations. It was always a blast to drive. I won my very first Wally with it and parked it after and never raced it again. I always loved this truck.

This was such a fun setup with the 406ci small block.

Definitely was one of my favorites. This truck ran 6.70 back when most of my class were still in the 7’s.

Back on this day in 2017 in Tulsa. The day started out with the car in the first picture. The day ended in the winners circle with the car in the last two pictures after I ran out of talent. Jerry Bickel and Carl Root put her back together as good as new.

There is time to be serious, but you also have to make time to have a little fun. Racing has brought some amazing people in to my life and I wouldn’t have changed it for anything.

The ProStock truck I had is still one of my favorites. It would go down a 1/4 mile gravel driveway at 6.70 seconds! Gebhardt’s ProCars originally built it for the 1000hp NHRA ProStock truck class. By the time it finished, the class was killed off. Chris Duncan modified it to handle 2000+ hp small block that was boosted with ProCharger power. It for a long time was #1 qualifier at a lot of races and eventually reached its single frame rail limitation. It was later seen on Street Outlaws until it met its demise. It was a great truck!
