Some days your up and other days you find yourself down. However; with the right mindset, training, goals, and coaches in your corner, just as is true on the mat, in life you can be down but never out. This mindset isn’t always easy to fall back on. It takes cultivation, practice, motivation, and discipline. But once it is achieved, there are no limits to what one can accomplish or survive.

I warned ya’ all that technology was not my strength. But, just like the Marines,… we adapt and we overcome. Some technical difficulties with our registration link. I’m working on it and will have it sorted out by tomorrow. For now, here’s the schedule. Again, right now there’s no drop-ins permitted. Those of you who have been in touch with me personally as well as those on the mass email list sent out for he zoom meeting, our grand opening and first practice is tomorrow at 6:00. See all you savages tomorrow. Registration is currently on hold. Just show up and we’ll get everything figured out once we meet tomorrow.

First wall decorated, had to go to my dad. A few of my favorite pictures of him coaching in the 70s. While this club is MY dream,… YOU were the kindling that allowed me to start the fire. My favorite Baton Rouge family stopped by today to give Coach a SWEET LSU “congratulations on the grand opening gift!” Took a couple minutes in between chatting to give the little ones a sneak peek at the room before it’s all cleaned up and ready for our first practice. Thank you Stephanie and Anthony for the surprise visit and as always, your support. This is just the beginning. 👊🏼💥
