Preble County Flag Football

Registration is almost here! Flag Football registration opens on Monday, June 15th! This league is open to ages K-6th (Fall 2026 grade), and available to both boys and girls. Games are all played locally, and we work to group players together based on school district, friend requests, coach requests, etc. It's a fun-focused league designed to help kids develop basic football skills and build a love for the game. Eaton Parks and Recreation's first season of youth flag football came to an end on Saturday. It was a lot of fun watching those boys and girls compete on the high school field. They all walked away with gift cards donated by local restaurants for their efforts this season. Thank you to all the coaches, players, families and officials for their commitment to ensuring these young athletes had a fun experience and learned the game of football. Until next season!

Big day is tomorrow! Want to thank all the players, coaches and families for a great season thus far! The tournament is designed to be both fun and competitive for everyone involved. Thank you to Eaton Athletics for allowing us to use the high school turf field. Reminder for all parents/families to please sit in the stands, not down on the field. The three fields will be setup very similar to what they've been the whole season. Good luck to everyone! P.S. Still looking for someone that wants to do photography and be down on the field level. What a night it was at Miami University indoor football field last night at the annual "Pro Bowl" game between Preble County and Oxford teams. Each season, the coaches vote on the top players from 3rd/4th grade and 5th/6th grade, and those players go compete in one game in Oxford against their top players. Both Preble County teams won last night, and there were exciting highlight plays and fun memories made by everyone. Thank you to Oxford Parks and Recreation Department and Miami Athletics for making this happen!

Date: SATURDAY, October 18th at Eaton High School
*Parents, siblings, friends and family should all sit in the stands of the stadium. Only players, coaches and officials should be on the field.
*If anyone is willing to do photography and provide photos to Parks and Recreation, please contact Casey Wooddell at [email protected] and we can arrange field access.
*Concession stand will be open during this event.
*Thank you all for a great season thus far!

One week of regular season games left to play. The tournament will be held on Saturday, October 18th from 3:00-7:00pm at Eaton High School. The game times for that weekend will be posted on Monday, Oct. 13th. Good luck everyone!

Another weekend with some really fun, exciting and down-to-the-wire games! Some teams experienced their first victory this weekend, while others experienced their first loss. Thanks to all the kids for their hard work, and coaches for continuing to develop and improve their players.
Just as a reminder, there are no posted records, standings or stats for flag football. The games during the regular season are for development, improvement and enjoyment. We understand the kids want to win (and so do coaches), but let's remember the main goals of this season are to ensure the kids love the game and learn the game.
