Beat the heat, not your progress. ā˜€ļøšŸ’¦

It’s way too hot to pretend every workout has to be perfect.

If all you can handle today is an early morning quick paced walk, a shorter (but heavy) lift in the AC, or getting your water in and hitting your protein… that’s still a win.

Don’t let one hot week turn into a month of saying, ā€œI’ll start again when it cools off.ā€

Adjust the plan. Don’t abandon it.

How are you beating the heat while staying on track? šŸ‘‡

I know I have told you guys before and you probably already know this is my all-time favorite healthy sweet treat. šŸ˜‹

When I’m craving something sweet, this is almost always what I make.

šŸ« Chocolate rice cakes
🄣 Greek yogurt
🄜 PB2
šŸ“ Fresh berries

It takes about 2 minutes to throw together, tastes like dessert, and helps me hit my protein goal instead of reaching for cookies or ice cream.

Healthy doesn’t have to be boring. Sometimes it’s the simple things you actually look forward to eating.

Now tell me… what’s your favorite macro-friendly evening snack? šŸ‘‡

I don’t know who needs to hear this but what you eat is more important than how much you work out. It all works together! You can’t out work a bad diet. Get your nutrition fixed. That’s when results show from working out. You’re welcome šŸ˜‡ šŸ’Ŗ-Coach Kim

I had every intention of getting my workout in today… but my body had other plans.

A lot of people think taking a day off means you’re losing progress. The truth is, sometimes the smartest thing you can do is rest.

Your body does an incredible job of telling you what it needs if you’ll listen. When you’re sick, recovery comes before PRs, step counts, or checking a workout off the list.

One missed workout won’t set you back.
Pushing through when your body is trying to heal just might.

Rest. Hydrate. Get your protein in if you can. Then get back to it when you’re feeling better.

Fitness isn’t about being perfect. It’s about making good decisions, even when they’re not the ones you wanted to make. ā¤ļø

What helps you feel better when you’re under the weather?

The weekend doesn’t have to end with, ā€œI’ll start Monday.ā€

If you’ve enjoyed a cookout, had dessert, skipped a workout, or just relaxed… that’s life.

The goal isn’t to be perfect every single day. The goal is to keep showing up.

Tomorrow isn’t a punishment for your weekend. It’s just another chance to take care of yourself.

I’ll be setting my alarm, getting my cardio in, and starting another week. If you’re doing the same, we’re in this together. ā¤ļø

I have to know…
When working out at home do you still wear shoes or not?

07/16/2026

Only 17 days apart.

I almost didn’t post these because when you see yourself every day, it’s easy to think nothing is changing.

Then you put the pictures side by side.

Is it a huge transformation? Nope.

But my waist is tightening up. My back is starting to show more shape. I’m getting stronger. And that’s exactly what happens when you stop chasing quick fixes and just keep showing up.

This is what consistency looks like.

Seventeen days of hitting my workouts, focusing on my macros, and trusting the process.

Small changes add up. I’m nowhere near done… and honestly, that makes me even more excited to see where I’ll be 17 days from now. šŸ’Ŗ
