I’m subbing at Dragonfly the next two Tuesdays! Come dance at 5:15 pm with us!

Yesterday I invested my time in Zumba Gold training. It was from 9 to 530 on a summer Saturday, but it was inspiring and I’m glad to have the knowledge.  This fall I was asked to lead people of various levels at the Empower Me event.  This training will support those efforts.

Spotify revealed Lady Gaga is the most-added artist to its listeners' Pride playlists this year, with "Born This Way" being the most-added song by its users. 🏳️‍🌈

"Rain On Me" with Ariana Grande also ranked in the top 10 at #9.

Heads up that Cindy and I are switching this Monday and Wednesday. It’ll still be the same team tonight except I will be leading. Wednesday Cindy will lead your toning and Zumba class because I have other obligations. Thanks Cindy, for switching!
