Thinking about travel softball for your athlete next season? Save the date for Edina Fastpitch travel evaluations this July! 💚 These evaluations are for players interested in being considered for a travel team at the 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U levels.

10U C and 12U C teams compete across two divisions all weekend, with MONSTA berths on the line for the Platinum bracket champions and runners up.

Make a weekend of it. Full concessions, food trucks on site, a playground for younger siblings, and open space for families to spread out. 100% of concession proceeds go right back into the Edina Girls Fastpitch Association.

We're bringing together players, coaches, and families from across EGFA to celebrate an amazing season of development, teamwork, and fun. We'll also be cheering on our incredible 6U athletes, with nearly 90 young players participating this season!

Enjoy great food from The Fox Wagon Food Truck and cool treats from Kona Ice while connecting with our softball community. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

A big welcome to our EGFA Umpires-in-Training for the 2026 season! We’re excited to have middle school and high school athletes helping support our 8U Rec and Travel home games this summer.

Our UIT program is all about learning, building confidence, and developing leadership skills in a fun and supportive environment. Coaches and teams are there to help along the way, and no prior umpiring experience is required.

Thank you to all of our young umpires for stepping up and helping our Hornets community have a great season!

Reminder! 🥎 Our Mini Mayfly Tournament is almost here on May 30th and 31st, and we can’t wait to welcome 8U teams to Edina for a fun weekend at the ballpark! It’s a great chance for your athlete to build skills, cheer on their teammates, and enjoy the game together.

Mark your calendars, Hornets families! 🥎 Beginning this year, Edina Girls Fastpitch will hold annual travel evaluations in July for 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U players interested in travel softball.

Evaluation dates are July 20, 21, and July 23 for rain/make-up needs at Pamela Park. Remember, players planning to participate in Rec softball do not need evaluations and will be placed on a team. More details and registration information will be shared soon!

10U-14U: 10:00 AM-12:00 PM
8U: 1:00-3:00 PM

Don't miss out on the third session with Mission Fastpitch. This partnership offers in-season pitching sessions designed for 10U, 12U, and 14U players! These small-group sessions focus on proper form, accuracy, and speed, with personalized instruction to help your athlete grow.

Session 3: Sunday, June 14
Session Times:
Beginner: 3–4pm
Beginner/Advanced: 4–5pm
Advanced: 5–6pm
Location: Mission Fastpitch in Eden Prairie

Capacity is limited to 6 pitchers per session, and cost is $30 per player. Each pitcher should bring their own catcher.
