Edison Summer 9U Secure Win Against Cubs Gray 9U

Edison Summer 9U topped Cubs Gray 9U 7-5 on Wednesday at 376 Suttons Ln.

Edison Summer 9U opened the scoring in the bottom of the first thanks to two pop outs. Edison Summer 9U first got on the board when a steal of home scored one run.

Edison Summer 9U extended their early lead with three runs in the bottom of the second thanks to RBI walks by Maor M and Elie V.

Jason M doubled down the right field line, which helped Cubs Gray 9U tie the game at five in the top of the fifth.

In the bottom of the fifth, Edison Summer 9U broke up the tie when Ethan C singled, scoring one run. Then a ground out by Jason C followed to extend the lead to 7-5.

Logan Y stepped on the mound first for Edison Summer 9U. The starting pitcher surrendered zero hits and one run over three innings, striking out three and walking seven. Theo O began the game for Cubs Gray 9U. The starter allowed two hits and five runs over two innings, striking out none and walking six. Patrick P and Maor each appeared in relief for Edison Summer 9U.

Edison Summer 9U's Kyrie V, the number seven hitter, led Edison Summer 9U with two hits in three at bats. Jason led the team with one run batted in. Elie V Drives In 4 To Lead Edison 9U Past Westfield Black 9U

Elie V drove in four runs on three hits to lead Edison 9U past Westfield Black 9U 14-0 on Sunday at Edison Boys Baseball League. Elie singled in the third scoring two, singled in the first scoring one, and singled in the second scoring one.

Edison 9U opened the scoring in the bottom of the first thanks to four singles. Edison 9U first got on the board when Elie singled, scoring one run.

Edison 9U added to their early lead in the bottom of the second inning after Maor M singled to the left side of the infield, Elie singled to the left side of the infield, Cole C singled to left field, and Patrick P walked, each scoring one run.

Edison 9U scored five runs on two hits in the bottom of the third inning. Maor drew a walk, scoring one run, None induced Logan Y to hit into a fielder's choice, but one run scored, Elie singled, scoring two runs, and Patrick drew a walk, scoring one run.

Logan began the game for Edison 9U. The hurler surrendered three hits and zero runs over four innings, striking out nine and walking four. Connor M stepped on the mound first for Westfield Black 9U. The starter surrendered eight hits and nine runs over one and one-third innings, striking out two and walking five.

Edison 9U amassed 10 hits in the game. Cole and Jason C each collected multiple hits for Edison 9U. Patrick paced Edison 9U with three walks. Cole C Leads Edison 9U Past Westfield Black 9U

Cole C collected three hits in three at bats, as Edison 9U defeated Westfield Black 9U 12-6 on Sunday at Edison Boys Baseball League. Cole singled in the first inning, singled in the third inning, and doubled in the fifth inning.

Edison 9U got on the board in the first inning after Cole singled, scoring one run.

Westfield Black 9U made the score 4-1 in the bottom of the second after Miles M drew a walk, scoring one run, Hudson P singled, scoring two runs, and Carter M singled, scoring one run.

Edison 9U flipped the game on its head in the top of the third, scoring five runs on two hits to take the lead, 6-4. The biggest blow in the inning was a triple by Patrick P that drove in three.

Edison 9U scored five runs on four hits in the top of the fifth inning. Dominic S singled, scoring one run, Patrick singled, scoring one run, Judah L grounded out, scoring one run, Maor M singled, scoring one run, and a steal of home scored one run.

Carson K led things off on the hill for Westfield Black 9U. The righty allowed three hits and four runs over two and one-third innings, striking out seven and walking two. Patrick led Edison 9U with four runs batted in. The infielder went 2-for-3 on the day. Jason C led Edison 9U with three walks. Edison 9U easily dispatched Westfield Black 9U on Sunday at Edison Boys Baseball League, 11-3.

Edison 9U got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Cole C grounded out, Ethan C singled to center field, Patrick P tripled down the left field line, Judah L singled to the right side of the infield, and Judah stole home, each scoring one run.

Edison 9U scored five runs on four hits in the bottom of the third inning. Patrick singled, scoring one run, Judah singled, scoring two runs, Maor M singled, scoring one run, and a steal of home scored one run.

Edison 9U were victorious against Barrons Red 9U 6-3 on Sunday at 101 Van Buren St.

Edison 9U got on the board in the top of the third inning after Dominic S singled, scoring one run, Patrick P drew a walk, scoring one run, and Judah L singled, scoring two runs.

Logan Y stepped on the hill first for Edison 9U. The hurler allowed six hits and three runs over four innings, striking out six and walking two. Carmine C started on the bump for Barrons Red 9U. The hurler surrendered three hits and four runs over two and one-third innings, striking out six and walking seven. Judah tossed two innings of shutout ball for Edison 9U in relief. The pitcher allowed zero hits, striking out five and walking none.

Patrick led Edison 9U with three runs batted in. The right-handed hitter went 1-for-1 on the day. Elie V and Judah each collected two hits for Edison 9U. Edison 9U had patience at the plate, accumulating 10 walks for the game. Cole C, Logan, Maor M, and Patrick led the team with two walks each. Logan stole two bases. The 9U gang takes on the somerset patriots!!!
Our boy Cole threw an absolute dart for the games opening pitch. And most of our team left with game balls! Was an epic night for the boys!
