The purpose of Lambda Chi Zeta is to instill in its members:

1) Devotion to God
2) Commitment to Sisterhood - to feel a sense of dedication toward all club activities and to possess a strong, unwavering sense of spirit.
3) Commitment to Service - to seek every opportunity to wholeheartedly serve and meet the needs of others.
4) Commitment to Personal Growth - to challenge each other to grow as individuals toward the attainment of self-beautification in the eyes of the Lord.
