🐾⚾ DOUBLEHEADER SWEEP FOR THE DAWGS! 🟠⚫

The 8U Diamond Dawgs brought the bats Thursday, collecting 40 hits and 38 runs in two wins over the Yankees!

🔥 Game 1: Dawgs win 21-0
🔥 Game 2: Dawgs win 17-4

Zefferin T led the charge in Game 1, going 3-for-3 with four RBIs, while Mason Z blasted a two-run homer! The Dawgs kept rolling with seven runs in each of their three innings.

Luke T powered the offense in Game 2, going 3-for-3 with a single, double, and three-run homer, finishing with four RBIs! Koba F was on fire all night, collecting six hits across the doubleheader, including four doubles and six RBIs.

Benson C, Noah O, Tatum A, Sage M, Grey I, Maddon D, and Maverick C all contributed to a big night at the plate. From extra-base hits to timely RBIs, this lineup kept finding ways to bring teammates home!

Proud of the effort and teamwork from this whole crew. Keep working, keep growing, and keep having fun!

And the first Out of the park home run in 8U goes to…… Luke the Nuke Terrell! Dead centerfield on a 165ft fence, would have been out at 180ft! Even more impressive when just 8 days ago he was getting a cast cut off!

Tough way to go out, Dawgs go 2-0 in Pool play come in as a 1 seed in the Gold Bracket, and drop the first bracket game 8-5. With that being said the boys played hard, these dawgs came to swing it! Great offensive day for these 4!

G$ was a perfect 8-8 in our lead off spot and laid down 2 perfect bunts!

Z & Kobra were neck and neck as the 3rd place, Kobra with the edge on RBIs but Z with the edge, the triple edges it out on slugging percentage!
