Welcome Hathor to Tranquility Acres! I’ve had an idea for the past few years of what I wanted for my Working Equitation bull obstacle, but when this guy showed up at Tractor Supply I just knew he’d be perfect! I’ll have to raise him up a little, and figure out how to attach a removable ring to his head or back, but my bull line is one more step closer to finished! 😁 And Bonus: he has a motion sensor that causes him to moo and have red eyes when you pass! 😆

(And yes, I realize that Hathor was an Egyptian *goddess*, but it is 2026 after all…)

Tango’s deep flexor tendon -
From the top is skin, then the superficial flexor, then the “circular” structure is the deep digital flexor tendon.

The top arrow is pointing at a bright white spot - this is the scar tissue from his stumble in 2017.

The bottom arrow is pointing at the dark “shadow” - the ultrasound waves can’t pe*****te the scar tissue resulting in a black void

The tendon should be round, not have the cone part towards the right side of photo. This is the inflammation and “bulging” of the tendon due to straining the area where the old scar tissue is. It’s gradually going down and returning to normal as he builds more scar tissue around the old
