Just a little word from one of my clients ....
I am 59 years young and have been training at 3Sixty for 2 years. I train 2 - 1 hour sessions a week and have greatly benefited. I love having a personal trainer and not having to come up with a plan on my own. At 3Sixty the workouts are never the same and we are always working different muscle groups.
When I came 2 years ago I wasn’t able to do a chin up unassisted, I now can do multiple sets/reps unassisted!
My goal is 6 pack abs by 60!
