Last night’s handbalancing masterclass was something special.
So many people came together, bringing curiosity, courage, and a willingness to try something new.

We explored strength, balance, and control on the mat — but what made the evening truly meaningful was the community we’ve built together.

After class, we shared stories, laughter, and dinner — and I was reminded that yoga is not only about asanas, but about connection.

Thank you for showing up, for growing together, and for being part of this beautiful journey.
