SunCycle Bike Share

El Paso Bike Share Program The El Paso Bike Share program will allow people to rent a bike at one station and return it to any other station.

As part of this first phase of the program, there will be a total of eight stations, each with 10 bicycles, installed that will provide connectivity from Sun Metro’s Downtown Transfer Center, throughout downtown El Paso, to EPCC’s Rio Grande Campus and the UTEP campus. Additional bicycles and stations will be added through later phases.

🚴‍♂️ Celebrate Bike Month with SunCycle! 🎨

Join us this Saturday, May 23rd, for a FREE community bike ride exploring downtown El Paso and the vibrant, historic street murals of Segundo Barrio!

We will be cruising along a casual 4-mile route to check out 25 beautiful neighborhood murals, starting and ending right at our San Jacinto Plaza station.

📍 Where: Meet at the San Jacinto Plaza SunCycle Station

🕙 When: Saturday, May 23, 2026 | Arrive early, wheels roll out at 10:00 AM sharp!

💰 Cost: FREE to the public

🚲 Need a bike? SunCycle is providing free bikes for the event, but they are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Arrive early to claim yours, or feel free to bring your own wheels!

Downtown is moving faster than ever! 🏙️⚡️From the Downtown Transfer Center to the Southwest University Ballpark, our central stations are seeing record-breaking numbers—with many more than doubling their ridership this Winter!

Commuting to the office or grabbing lunch on the go? Our Annual Membership includes the first 60 minutes of every ride free, followed by unlimited 30-minute sessions all year long. Join the movement and skip downtown traffic! 🚲💨

We had a record-breaking start in 2026! ❄️🚲

Systemwide ridership jumped 80% from last year, with 7 stations more than doubling their traffic! Thanks to mild weather and our growing e-bike fleet sponsored by El Paso Electric , more people are choosing to ride bikes.
