Basic RULES
5-on-5 per side on the field at once. The Field is 30X80 with set first downs at the 40. The offense has 4 plays to reach a 1st down or the other team takes over the ball at there own 10. All players are eligible to catch the ball including the center. On Defense the rushers must line up 3 yards off the ball
ALL OTHER RULES APPLY AS THE SAME AS OUR YOUTH FLAG FOOTBALL UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.
