I am so grateful. ♥️ I just finished week 4 of my workout program and it has given me my life back! ⁣

For years I have have thrived on high intensity workouts that pushed me physically every day.⁣
That is until a year ago when I developed a muscular issue in my back that left me barely able to walk some days. ⁣

Going from muscle building, high intensity workouts to barely able to yoga left me very defeated. When I purchased this barre program I thought I would at least get back to my dancing roots, but I never expected the turn around I experienced!⁣

As if turning on a switch, my body remembered how to support and move. Working through modifications, my core is activating, my posture is improving and every day I feel stronger. 💪🏼⁣

I’m still working with my physical therapist and have a love affair with my foam roller, but these four weeks have been the key to experiencing more good days than bad. And I finally see a day when I can have my body back. I am so grateful. ⁣

You want to lose the weight? Tell me what you’re willing to change.

That’s what it takes. And it takes it for as long as you want the results. Doing what you’ve done so far has gotten you here.
Dieting for 3 months and going back to what you’re doing now will take you right back to where you are.

Save yourself the struggle, heartache and doubt. Don’t dabble in 30 diets and settle for nothing. You deserve better.

We believe the stories we tell ourselves.
True or false, Your narrative will determine your success. Have you ever look at someone doing what you love to do and say to yourself, ”Wow, I wish I could do that, but...”

Oh man. This hits home for me. For years this is my life. I would do good things, but I would only do what others said I could do.
Wait. WHAT?? How does that even make sense? I know what I want. But since my soul on fire from the bottom of my toes to be my best self an inspiration for others to do the same. So why would I hold myself back? - I believed.

It’s time to create a new belief. Time to get out of my own way to see what I can do. See how much I can really inspire. So I can make this world just a little better than I found it.

What do you really want to do?
get out of your own way. Go after the things you really want. You will be amazed how life works on the other side of your comfort zone 💪🏼🔥

Check out what I was able to do in just 21 days.

The biggest transformation is what you DON’T see. I’m in recovery and therapy for a persistent muscle issue in my back. On the left, I could barely stand for 30 minutes. I was on daily pain management and I had not worked out in 2 months.
I was zapped of energy and my nutrition was crap.

One day I sucked it up. I decided I needed to do SOMETHING rather than sit and wait for something to happen to me. So I went back to basics.

I swallowed my pride, checked my “I should be able to do more,” attitude at the door and started a 21 day foundation program. I did all the modifiers, I used body weight and dialed in my nutrition. I showed up for 21 days and day by day I got better!
I have more energy, my body is feeling better, my pain management is cut in half and my clothes fit better too! I’m starting to feel like myself again. ❤️

We are all a work in progress. The journey to a healthier life is not a straight line. Learning to work with what I can do NOW to be better tomorrow gives me such a new respect for my body and my journey. I look forward to each step, no matter how small it needs to be, so I can keep going!
