Charles made a post of our Memorial Day practice and ceremony and tagged this page but it hasn’t shown up yet. So here are our photos. Pledge of Allegiance, a poem, a few about what Memorial Day means, a family tribute, and two prayers before we ate, practiced, won some prizes and then played! 🇺🇸

Lots of prizes were won at practice last night so of course they had to put them to use and have a water gun fight!! I think lots of fun was had yesterday.

What a great team we have! After a weather cancellation on Monday we had almost everyone here tonight on short notice which is rare in our busy lives. We had several new high scores and lots of kids rung the bell for high rounds, but to me the smiles and friendship is what it's really about! Super proud of our parents and archers!!

Another great practice! I couldn't be more impressed with this group of kids and parents! Thank you to Robert and his son from 54 Archery for coming out and supporting our practice!

Another great practice in the books for the Eldon archers. We had 8 kids shoot new high scores tonight!! I think it was the walking tacos that did it! Great job everyone!!!

Score a 24 or 25 round and ring the bell! New personal high score, ring it! Great practice despite the high wind. These kids are motivated and it makes a difference.

When the Eldon Archers show up for practice on Monday they will have two new bow stands that can hold 12 bows! The Robydek family built them and donated them for the team! This is what being a team is all about, and we are grateful.

Before the arrows start to fly we take 30 minutes each practice to eat and socialize together. It's an important part of building our team. Thank you to everyone who brought something this week, and thank you to everyone for supporting the program to this point. Eldon Archers on point!
