We have noticed a significant improvement in all of the girls she has worked with on the field and on our HitTrax data. Kyndall Banks is adding even more hitting opportunities for all the young ladies in NE NC!!! What an opportunity to be around D1 Duke commit in a top notch facility this fall and winter!!! She will be doing these every Sunday from 5:00-7:00, possibly other times also. This coming Sunday will be the first session, she is only taking 10 hitters for each session!!! Welcome! Our inaugural clinic will include both defense and offense fundamentals specially tailored by age range and skill level. Our small group session approach allows us to provide higher quality instruction while still giving players the opportunity to bond, learn, and build communication skills! With me being pregnant I've had to learn to ask for help and rely on those around me to help with things I would normally do myself. I'm so grateful to Mrs. Jessica and all of my players who have stepped up to do more than what is normally asked of them.

So proud of the girls tonight. We had our first game of the season and while we did lose 16-1, we scored and only had 8 players for the whole game.

TIME CHANGE
Starting Monday, February 3rd, we will start at 4:15 and go until either 5:30 or 6 depending on the number of athletes we have.

Pre-season conditioning starts Monday, January 27th. Please help spread the word and we look forward to seeing our athletes out there.
