Making better athletes! You dont have to be an athlete to train like one. We believe that every individual should experience fitness at it’s fullest.

Our mission is to help as many people as we can, in our gym, become the best version of themselves through fitness.

This isn’t about being the fastest or strongest — it’s about showing up and honoring the reason behind it.

There are so many ways to scale this workout, and every single person can do it. Break the run if you need to. Split the reps however works for you. Modify movements if you have to. Take breaks when needed — just don’t quit.

This workout is for everyone. Effort over ego.

We do this to remember, to honor, and to push ourselves in a way that reflects something bigger than us.

This is often shared as Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy’s favorite verse, and it carries the weight of what this workout represents.
