Busy weekend for us first we did the Howl-O-Ween Hustle in Bowling Green, KY on Saturday then drove to Miami Beach, FL for the Shatter the Stigma 5K today. Now it’s time to relax on the beach and recharged to come home tomorrow

We are out at the Mammoth Cave 25k/50k this morning in Park City, KY.
