An evening with Annafrancesca vini, straight from Italy to Approach!
We're excited to welcome back winemaker Anna on Tuesday, June 23, to host an exclusive, one-night-only celebration of her Annafrancesca wines. Whether you're stopping by for a casual taste or settling in for the full dinner, there are two ways to join us:
The Tasting: 4 PM · $10 per person
Pour, swirl, and meet the maker. Anna will personally walk you through a curated selection of new and favorite releases — including the honeyed "Sisters" Passito Moscato, the elegant "Incanto" Metodo Classico sparkling, and the newest vintage of her highly anticipated Ramato — alongside a grazing-style charcuterie display. Special event-only bottle and case pricing will be available to take home.
The Winemaker's Dinner: 6 PM · $125 per person
Limited to just 40 guests. Four thoughtfully prepared courses paired with Annafrancesca wines, hosted at the table by Anna herself as she shares the stories behind each pour — her vineyards, her process, and her passion for Italian winemaking. Your dinner reservation also includes access to the 4 PM tasting, so you can enjoy the full experience from first sip to final course.

🍕 Meet Chef Alek!
With 14 years of pizza-making passion, Chef Alek has traveled far, met incredible people, and poured his heart into every pie. Now he’s here in Elkhorn, ready to serve our community.
We’re proud to offer neo-Neapolitan style pizza, made completely from scratch and hand-tossed by Alek himself. For him, pizza is more than food. “No two are exactly the same. Each one is beautiful in its own way, a human touch makes it art.” He loves every step of the scratch-making process, and his greatest reward is simple: knowing his pizza made someone’s day a little brighter.
Choose from 5 pizzas on our menu, plus a new weekly rotating special crafted by Alek each week. This week we’re featuring a Mediterranean pizza (check out photo 2!). Ask your server for details and find Chef Alek’s hand-tossed, scratch-made pizzas all day in The Sand Room and at Approach for lunch.
