GET READY FOR OUR “Breakfast of Champions” SATURDAY MORNING LIVES (& don’t forget to bring your friends!)

Whether you consider yourself a beginner in CrossFit, competitor or community supporter, the CrossFit Open is for YOU!

HOW IT WORKS-

▪️Register for the CrossFit Open online or simply participate in the OPEN workouts with the community and become part of the world’s largest participatory sporting event!

▪️It’s series of 3 workouts announced over 3 weeks.

▪️Join your fellow community members in tackling the workouts together and see how CrossFitters around the world are stacking up in the same workout.

▪️All of the workouts are scalable for all fitness levels.

🗓️CrossFit OPEN 2026 runs from : FEB 26 - MAR 16

SIGN UP FOR OUR “Breakfast of Champions” SATURDAY MORNING LIVE CROSSFIT OPEN EVENT AT THE FIT (sign ups are on the white board)

**** The Fit will open at 6am on the following days with a briefing at 7am and HEAT 1 beginning at 7:30am. HEAT 2 will begin 15 min after HEAT 1 is completed ****

🎉Saturday, February 28th @ 7:30am - HEAT 1 (w/ HEAT 2 beginning 15 min after the end of HEAT 1)
🎉Saturday, March 7th @ 7:30am - HEAT 1 (w/ HEAT 2 beginning 15 min after the end of HEAT 1)
🎉Saturday, March 14th @ 7:30am - HEAT 1 (w/ HEAT 2 beginning 15 min after the end of HEAT 1)
