There are times of day at the gym hit different. I am normally a PM gym girl but took advantage of the day off and went in the morning. I didn’t love it, but ai loved the workout.

Sunday was one of those days that filled my cup.
After spending nearly a decade as a member of Ed/Glen JSC, it was so much fun to reconnect with current and former members. JSC gave me more than an opportunity to serve—it gave me lifelong friendships, community connections, and countless memories of working together to make a difference.
Grateful for the women, the mission, and the lasting impact of being part of such a special organization. 💙💛

Spent Saturday doing a little shopping. Was FINALLY able to make it into at Plaza Frontenac. The stylists were amazing, the store was beautiful and I left with a haul of goodies that I can’t wait to wear.

If you know me, you know I’ve been on the road A LOT. Some for work, some for personal, all was fun. ALSO, if you know me, at all you know I love lifting people up…….literally. Enjoy my life…..lately.

“Success” can be loud.
Titles. Recognition. Metrics. Applause.
But I’ve learned that success without connection to purpose can still feel surprisingly unfulfilling.
What stands out to me in this message is the word valuable.
Value is created through intention.
Through impact.
Through the way you help people feel seen, supported, challenged, or inspired.
The interesting thing is… when you focus on becoming truly valuable to others, success often follows anyway. Just in a much more meaningful form.
What’s something that makes a person truly valuable in your eyes?
It’s not polite to ask a woman her weight…
• So naturally I made a graph and posted it on the internet
• Featuring:
— me doing great ✅
— me having a setback era 😬
— me getting back on track 💪
• Proof that progress is not a straight line (unfortunately)
• Lowest weight in years + still working on that muscle glow up ✨
• If you’re in your “setback season,” just know there’s a comeback coming 😉

Spent the better part of an hour making bacon, eggs, and pancakes for the kiddos. This used to be a weekend ritual but with all of the stuff they have on the weekends it’s a rarity. I suppose I can thank the massive snow dump for this.
Soundtrack: Otis Redding and Sam Cooke
Cooking aid: butter and bacon grease
Result: Delicious and unhealthy breakfast that has ZERO leftovers
My word of the year is focus. This word applies personally and professionally. Personally, I haven’t been on my game. I used to be in the gym 5 plus days a week. 2025 brought a lot of obstacles, some of my own making. This year is about focusing on me and what I love. Gym time is one of those things, time with my friends and family, travel for pleasure not just for work, reading and cooking for my family.

• When the hallway invites, you answer
• Gilt, Chicago ✨
• An obliging wall + zero self-control
• Proof that sometimes you don’t walk through moments… you climb them
