Well, today I say goodbye for now to one of my closest friends. In the short 3.5 years we’ve known each other, this friendship has grown faster, closer and with much more ease than probably any friendship I’ve ever had. Our time together here in Florida has been magic with such a spread of profound memories shared- both beautiful and challenging. I know I’ll see you when you visit, but god it sucks you don’t live down the street anymore! Good luck in NZ🌻

-SATURDAY mornings 9:00-10:00 am at my home in my large grassy backyard!

Although my yoga studio was destroyed in the hurricane, I have a burning desire to teach and countless daily requests to get classes back!

I am SO pleased to be able to offer this in my home space!
