This week I've been in Panama at an epic yoga retreat hosted by and . I needed this sooo desperately - thank you to my beautiful friend for asking me to join you!! ♥️♥️♥️ I came for some peace, space and self-care and I'll be leaving with so much love, friendship and connection! It's nice to say "Hola!" again to you all, my friends, and remind you to take that time for yourself!

Hey my loves! Thanks for the follow and engagement, even during the quiet times where I'm just living and being present to life and not as active on social. A 2022 intention was to be a yes to more adventure and new experiences, including movement. Being in the warmth of Costa Rica, on beautiful beaches, certainly inspires that. But regardless of where I am, I believe in my favorite coaches that Movement is Medicine and I'm a yes to soaking up all that medicine this year. How bout you? 🙌💪♥️

Heyyy, 2022 pop of color! I commented to a friend that it's hard to post with inspiration in the frozen tundra - in its white and grey. So it's NECESSARY for me to escape and breathe in the warmth, the people, the food, the color. I celebrate COLOR in 2022!

Pura vida. This sequence of posts is about our favorite place to escape during polar vortexes, but also pretty much anytime. Costa Rica. This beautiful peoples' motto and saying is pure life. And it fulfills that message through beautiful beaches, food and people. I am grateful we came here many years ago and continue to be able to explore - and return to realities more relaxed and fulfilled. After years, we finally made it up north for a weekend in the Boundary Waters of Minnesota. For those who aren't familiar, it's full of lakes, campsites and quiet. No planes are allowed to fly over, the stars were big and bright one night, and there is no cell service. It was incredible to canoe, portage, tent camp for a few nights and just soak up nature. My brother in law made all the meals for us, including a happy hour snack - no complaining here at all! It was a blast - I highly recommend it! ❤️🙋

Disconnect. Get outside. Blessed that we can here and a reminder of our friends out West who cannot. As we entered BWCA, the trees were largely green with a pop of color and as we exited it was much more colorful. After years of living in Minnesota I finally got to to the Boundary Waters. The trees were popping, the sun kept the rain away, no bugs due to some chill nights already this fall and no social media or cell connection! It was wonderful being off the grid for a bit, with my loved ones, and soaking up nature. Any other BWCA lovers out there? I loved it!!! ❤️🙋
