After 12+ years of helping hundreds of mid- to senior-level leaders actualize their purposeful work and unlock their leadership brilliance.

I’ve had the privilege of working with leaders and professionals from 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝟓𝟎𝟎 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐬, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon, General Motors, Salesforce, Genentech, Nestlé, L'Oréal, Safran, Engie, Carrefour, Bouygues, AXA, and BNP Paribas.

After 23 years living in the 𝐔.𝐒., 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐝𝐚, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐔.𝐊., 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐳𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐚𝐧d, I relocated back to France last year. Today, I have the joy of coaching individuals and groups, and facilitating workshops, both online and in person, 𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐡, for clients worldwide. Doing this work from my home country is particularly rewarding.

Following a successful career in tech as a 𝐔𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 at global companies including Yahoo!, I founded 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 in 2013 to align my work with my deeper purpose and help others do the same.

Like me, many of my clients have multicultural backgrounds and are first- or second-generation immigrants and expats.

I'm also passionate about inspiring through speaking. I had the honor of presenting at the 2023 International Enneagram Association Global Conference and at the 2024 European Enneagram Conference in Amsterdam. I also spoke at the Association for Psychological Type International Conference and The Australian Association for Psychological Type Conference.

Certified in the Enneagram, Myers-Briggs, and Shadow Work, I’ve been integrating these frameworks for over a decade to help leaders grow in self-awareness, authenticity, and impact.
