As a woman over 50 that grew up eating Captain Crunch and Trix for breakfast, who doesn’t love proteins - especially for breakfast- but wants to increase bone and muscle mass to Age Well, I’m on a mission to share with women like you easy, quick and delicious protein rich breakfast recipes like this “Egg MugMuffin”.
I’m telling you it’s like eating dessert for breakfast! Except this is high protein, low fat, low carbs. And so pretty! 😋
Tips: I substitute almond flour for the oat flour. You can also use blueberries for the raspberries. And make sure your mug is microwave safe!
