Tonight’s Strong Girl Bootcamp was definitely a little different. We started at 7:30 and it got dark on us QUICK 👀 but we still got a good workout in and ended it with a fun little finisher.

A little about my Strong Girl Bootcamps 👏

My Bootcamps are strength based, not just a bunch of cardio 💁‍♀️ We use dumbbells, cables, resistance bands. We work on form, and focus on getting STRONGER. You don’t have to be advanced either. I’ll show you the movements, help with form and modify anything you need.

Come in, work hard, laugh a little and get it done 👏

My girl, my girl!! 🫶

She started out coming to my bootcamps and then said okayyyy, let’s do this for real 😂 and joined me for in-person training! Since starting with me she’s 10 lbs DOWN and 20 lbs down TOTAL since starting her health journey!! And babyyy you can SEE IT! 👏. Today at bootcamp she told me she meal prepped for the whole week and could already tell such a difference.

I’m so proud of you girl! Keep doing your thing because it’s SHOWING! Can’t wait to see where we go from here!

Dawn has been putting in the WORK with me since April and is officially over 15 lbs down!! 👏 We are still working on losing body fat, but also making sure we are building and maintaining that muscle. And babyyy the changes are definitely showing!

And now I get to work with Tamie too! She’s only been with me for a little over a month and has already made some amazing progress herself. I’m starting to see them muscles popping through when she flexes.😮‍💨🙌

Both of these ladies have had job changes, new schedules and just life happening, but they have handled it so well and are still trying to stay as consistent as they can.🥰🙌

This morning after our workout, Anna told me how happy she was because this shirt used to fit her SO tight… and now look how loose it is! 🥹👏

THIS is progress!! It’s not always about the number on the scale. It’s how your clothes fit, how you feel, getting stronger, and noticing those little changes along the way.

When my ladies start noticing these things for themselves, it seriously makes me so happy! 🫶
