What to do Wednesday: Here’s a tip telling one thing you can start doing today to help your pelvic floor.
⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Stretch Your Hamstrings ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Tightness in the hamstrings lead to a posterior pelvic tilt, affecting the alignment of the pelvis and causing tension in the pelvic myscles preventing them from doing their job effectively (supporting the bladder, supporting the core). Stretching and exercises targeting both hamstrings and pelvic floor muscles may help address these issues.

I love open-gym Wednesdays at my gym. I enjoy the group fitness aspect, but it’s also nice that once a week, we can do our own thing (or do the Quo Vadis daily workout). Today I decided to go with the Quo Vadis option, but after doing some deadlifts, I decided for no good reason that I didn’t want to do it anymore. That was a moment I had to reminded myself that real discipline is making and sticking to a plan. Oh and it helped that my workout partners were cheering me on.

I started my class with the goal of helping women in Ennis to correct their pelvic floor and core dysfunction and found that I’m getting benefits myself! Just this week at CrossFit, I noticed myself squatting better, lifting more weight, and of course moving without fear of leaking 😄
