What a Sunday for PWR Swimming!
The May Flower Meet was packed with fast swims, personal bests, first-place finishes, and incredible team energy from start to finish.
A special congratulations to our new team record holders:

From our youngest swimmers to our senior athletes, every race was an opportunity to compete, learn, and improve. We're proud of the effort, focus, and determination our swimmers displayed throughout the meet.
These results are a reflection of the work put in every day at practice and the culture we continue to build together.

Last practice at Northeast Pool until September! πββοΈπ
We wrapped up the season at Northeast the best way we know howβwith smiles, teammates, and a little celebration after practice.
This pool has been home to countless laps, lessons, and memories. We're grateful for every swimmer, family, and coach who made this season special.

The Gold Group after another evening practice β tired, smiling, and getting a little better together every day.
This group continues to raise the standard through discipline, consistency, and the way they push each other in training. Fast swimming starts with dedicated athletes, and these girls continue to show what that looks like.

Meet Coach Chris π
Coach Chris has been in the water since the age of 4 and brings a lifetime of swimming experience to PWR Swimming. From USA Swimming and YMCA programs to competing in IM and distance events at Lycoming College, swimming has always been a huge part of his life.
Chris began coaching while still in high school and has a passion for helping athletes grow in confidence, improve their skills, and enjoy the sport along the way.
Coach Chris believes swimming should be fun, hard work matters, and every athlete can improve with consistent effort.
He enjoys helping swimmers build confidence, develop their skills, and succeed both in and out of the water.

Meet Coach Morgan Ernst β now entering her 4th year with PWR Swimming! π
A former collegiate swimmer at Clarion University, Morgan brings years of experience in and out of the pool along with a passion for teaching and helping every swimmer grow with confidence. An Erie, Pa native, she is currently continuing her education in Special Education at Gannon University.
Coach Morganβs philosophy says it best:
βAnyone can learn to do anything, no matter what their ability is, as long as they give it their best effort.β
