Denver- Saturday October 25....9:30am around Sloans Lake
Louisville- Sunday October 26... 3:00pm run...on trails.
The most fun you will have a rrun...with a Scavenger Hunt, Costume Contests, Pie Eating Contests, Scary Music, cool medals and hats and Carnival Atmosphere.... (Limited to 500 Runners on course)

Oktober is around the corner...and our 2025 Pretzel Run will now add a post-race oktoberfestr at the Louisville Community Park on Saturday Oktober 11, 2025.
The 5k and 10k Trail Races are at 10:00am...followed by a Kinder Run..then love music, beer garden and food... Louisville okrtoberfest with Large Pretzels, imported german Mustard and music until 2:00pm...you do not have to run to coem for the Free concert and festival. www.ThePretzelRun.com

The TASTE of LOUISVILLE 5K returns on June 7...with an added Dog DASH! (Dogs Run Free and get a medal). Starts at 9:30am on MAIN STREET...then finish with over 200 vendors for the Summerfest, Car Show and Farmers Market! Family Fun.

HALF MARATHONERS.... The Pasta Run Half on May 3 in Louisville...only limited to 100 runners is Selling Fast. We cap our run at 400 for all 4 races...Half, 10k, 5k, Mile...and the HALF id going fast. DEAR Half Marathoners...we decided not to do a Half at the Mothers Day Run in Louisville CO for 2025...
and now ADDED a Half Marathon to THE PASTA RUN in Louisville the week prior on Saturday May 3...9:30am start...on the trails of loiusville. The race is limited to 400 runners for the 5k, 10k and Half.
We wil add a HALF for the 2026 Mother Day Colorado Run...as we have had much interest. We hope to see you at THE PASTA RUN for 13.1 miles...A cool bowl, medal and pasta and ice cream!
