Hello, I’m Alex Root a NASM-certified personal trainer with a passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through strength training, athletic conditioning, and muscular endurance.

My fitness journey began at the age of eight when I started wrestling, and over the years, my love for fitness grew alongside my athletic development. Today, I’m dedicated to sharing the knowledge and experience I’ve gained with others, helping them unlock their full potential.

As a professional trainer, I specialize in strength training, athletic performance, and building muscular endurance. My approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs, whether you’re an athlete looking to improve performance, someone training for a specific goal, or simply wanting to enhance your overall fitness level. I believe in focusing on functional strength, movement efficiency, and progressive training methods that deliver results.

When I’m not training clients at the gym, you can find me running, coaching wrestling, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, traveling, or enjoying music. Hi! My name is Joseph Burkholder. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a focus on hypertrophy, weight loss, and strength training. With a passion for helping others reach their fitness goals, I combine professional expertise with a personal understanding of the transformative power of fitness.

Having overcome personal struggles with self-confidence and depression, my journey to physical and mental strength fuels the desire to inspire others. Fitness has not only been a way for me to achieve personal growth but has also become a vehicle for positive change in the lives of others.

When I am not training clients or hitting personal fitness goals, I enjoy a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, including running, biking, golfing, basketball, photography, and traveling. 5 years ago I started my fitness journey. Being freshly 17, my idea of working out was basically doing things that I believed would keep me from gaining any weight. Strength was never a priority. It was all about how to keep my waist as small as I could. With unrealistic beauty standards roaming social media platforms, my younger self felt she needed to look a certain way to feel accepted by society. Eventually I found the love for fitness and realized how much potential I had to grow. From then I have embraced strength and going against “normal” beauty standards. Striving to be my strongest self!
My mission is to help others embrace strength and empower them through strength training, showing that the gym is a space for growth, not fear. I am committed to helping those find their confidence and ignite a love for themselves both inside and outside the gym!

Hello my names Nate! My fitness journey started as a teenager who played four sports in highschool. I fell in love with athletics and loved seeing just how far I could push myself. I am a big believer in “mind over matter” and was always finding ways to push past what I thought was possible. After high school I wanted to see just how far I could go and enlisted in the Navy and started SEAL training. I got injured during training and had to get medically discharged, but that’s exactly what brought me to where I am now. Rehabilitating myself and learning how to workout again made me fall in love with fitness, and gave me the desire to help other people realize that they can progress past what they thought was possible, and also to help out people who are just starting and want to get started off on the right foot.
I specialize in HIIT training, calisthenics, and bodybuilding. My secondary focus is also in rehabilitation and flexibility.

I love the color orange, tacos, and making others realize they are stronger than they think. Hello everyone! My name is Justin. I graduated from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Physical Education in 2023. I received my personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine earlier this year. Fitness has been a very strong passion of mine for several years now. Growing up, I was heavily involved in sports and always loved to be active any chance I could, and that helped me to keep this strong passion up now. Outside of fitness, I like to spend my time being around friends and family as well as watching football and basketball.
