Took a week off to recover from the Olympics frenzy and do some traveling, but the pretty tough podcast is back this week with a special guest!
In this episode, I’ll be sitting down with Tory Patsis— 2013 USFS Novice Ice Dance Silver Medalist, 2x USFS Senior Ice Dance National competitor, and former member of Team USA— to talk about what it took to rise through the ranks, managing an education, struggles with body image, and how to support healthy athletes at all levels of competition.
