A lil bit of history:

Founded in 2001 by Kyle Marx and Jin Chong in the Washington DC Metro Area, we are now residing in beautiful Eugene, Oregon. Every Element is currently run by the tireless efforts of Kyle Marx and Michael Friedman, two of Eugene's most dedicated event producers. We've been throwing events in one form or another in Eugene for the past nine years, with a collective experience

of over 20 years in the industry. Every Element began in 2001 with a weekly at Cafe Revolutions in the suburbs of Washington DC, in Herndon, Virginia. Focused on promoting local up-and-coming DJ talent, running for the better part of two years, the weekly was highly successful and quickly developed a loyal following. We eventually moved into downtown DC, throwing a weekly called Antidote in the Chinatown district next to the (then) MCI Center. Antidote featured a slew of out-of-town headliners, as well as local DC favorites. At the same time, EE threw several large one-offs, including Sub Zero (featuring DJ Baby Anne), and the first Human Nature outdoor gathering (in the mountains of western Virginia, not to be confused with the current NorthWest Human Nature Festival, 2011-2013). EE continued to throw solid events in the DC area for the next several years. In 2005, Kyle moved westward to Eugene, Oregon, and linked up with the Whiteaker Cocktail Society, a group of ridiculously talented and heavy drinking folks based in the Whiteaker Neighborhood. He took part in a string of immensely successful thematic events which included The Rocktail Halloween, the Whiteaker Masquerade Ball, 2009: A Space Odyssey, and many more. The WCS eventually gave birth to the Whiteaker Block Party, which is now one of Eugene's most loved events. The name Every Element as a company was resurrected in 2010 when Kyle Marx began teaming up with Michael Friedman and Jackson Myron, throwing parties at the Eugene Wine Cellars, including the REV IT UP! (a Burning Man camp fundraiser), the first Whiteaker Jig, FUEL (an all-drum and bass event), and ANTIDOTE. Since then, Every Element has continued to throw high quality events including Human Nature Festival 2011-2013, The Garden of Earthly Delights (NYE 2011), Lanestock (Lane Community College's end-of-the year concert, 2010, 2011 & 2012), the prototype release party for Arcimoto (Eugene's own electric car company), Earthdance Northwest 2011, I
