Springtime is here. The sakura are in peak bloom at the dojo!

BMAI and Aikido of Eugene teamed up for a demonstration for Eugene's First Friday ArtWalk. A big crowd showed up for the monthly event.

Asian culture was highlighted this month in honor of the Lunar New Year. The stage was busy with fantastic performances from 5:30 - 8:00. We hope to make this an annual tradition!

We are thrilled to announce that Kimberly Richardson Sensei will be coming to Eugene for an aikido seminar at BMAI!

BMAI will be doing a martial arts demonstration for the First Friday art walk in celebration of the lunar new year. Our demonstration will start at 6:05 on Feb. 6 in the Farmers Market Pavilion in downtown Eugene.

Thank you to all the wonderful people and talented martial artists who made PacMAC an amazing event yesterday. We are blessed to have such a vibrant martial arts community who truly respect and support each other, regardless of art or style. They’re all a lot of fun, too!

Tonight's karate class started 2026 off with a great workout!

Stop by the dojo between 8pm and midnight if you’re looking for a low-key, alcohol-free NewYears’ celebration with responsible friends. Games, music (even some live performances), dancing, and lots of laughter and random playfulness. Bring snacks and drinks to share or just show up.
