My first season with spark_fastpitch and first full season post-grad has officially come to an end! I feel so blessed to have found this organization, and even more blessed that they trust me with helping build an amazing organization that is raising confident and strong young women! Excited for this next season as the Director of Pitching Development and Program Operations, and to continue to help this program continue to be amazing! ⚡️🥎✨💪👑

Big News for Spark Softball! 🔥
We’re excited to officially welcome Kaylie Hoskins as our Director of Pitching Development & Program Operations.
Kaylie is a former collegiate left-handed pitcher who competed for more than five years while earning her Bachelor’s degree in Communications and beginning work toward her MBA. Her collegiate career includes California State University–San Marcos, Everett Community College, Eastern Oregon University, and Oregon State University, and in addition she has earned multiple All-American honors.
Kaylie currently co-coaches one of our 14U teams and has already been helping develop pitchers across the organization. In her expanded role, she will lead pitching development, program operations, and special event planning as we continue building opportunities for our athletes and families.
Her experience, leadership, and passion for mentoring athletes make her an incredible addition to the future of Spark Softball.
