Hi energy Group Fitness Instructor 32 years teaching a variety of challenging classes throughout Mercer County 30 years as a Fitness Instructor.

I began my fitness program after suffering from anxiety attacks, which made me physically ill beginning at the age of 19. My doctor suggested, "exercise". I started exercise, loved it, and no turning back. This created my ambition and passion to make myself feel "great", and then I decided to share my energy to others, and it all begin in 1988! This is my passion and love being in front of you to give you my knowledge of fitness !

As a Fitness Instructor 32 years, I decided to follow this Fitness Guru, Sydney Cummings, for 2 years and she has amazing daily workouts. I look forward to her daily workouts everyday and has made me strong, fit and confident about myself and my personal goals. I missed going to her live Weekend event last weekend in Charlotte, however, can say, I will be at the next one. I have a lot of other fitness guru's I follow as well, but wanted to share Sydney's page and hopefully, you'll start taking her daily free classes. 💛Speechless. FITCATION 2021! There are no words for how incredible this weekend was and my heart feels like it is still about to burst! Hundreds of people from all over North America came out to meet their trainer, tell me their stories of transformation or improvement, workout with strangers, and spend time in Charlotte and our hope is that everyone left feeling like a new version of themselves!
At the meet and greet at our studio on Saturday I got to listen to the empowered members of our community fill me for 8 consecutive hours on how the @youtube channel has changed their life and without a doubt this weekend has changed MY life. The is no way I would have ever imagined that growing a community this incredible was possible when @d_houdyshell and I started 3 years ago but we feel so blessed to be here with you all! More pictures and videos to come for a good while 😂 but holy guacamole WE PACKED OUT THE @spectrumcenter floor for a workout! Who was with us this weekend and who is coming to the next FITCATION?! Sending so much love to you all today! Have a wonderful week and a huge thank you to our team and everyone who helped make this event everything that it was, we could never have done it without you all!

Working out every day will show you results. Doesn’t matter if it’s 30, 45 or 60 minutes, just change your routine every day. I love following Cdornerfitness and Sydney Cummings. I love to seek out my daily exercise with a different routine whether it’s with Me or others. Motivation is the key to workouts. Find what you Love and stick with it. I love the feeling of the challenges that I’m given, grunting through them, but not giving up and the satisfaction after finishing. Most importantly, fueling my body with healthy foods and nutrients afterwards. I am a Fitness Guru and always make this a priority in my Life.

Hey Fitness Friends. Starting an Outdoor 6 week Bootcamp in Village Park beginning in May 17th thru June 21st. Mon and Wednesday nights 5:30 to 6:30 PM.

Please sign up via my Facebook, and a waiver will need to be signed. $10 a class, and bring a towel and water. Get ready for an awesome 1 hour HIIT Bootcamp class.

Dear My Hillsborough and Montgomery Fitness Friends.

It’s with sadness that I will not be teaching in Montgomery Township gyms as of July 1st. I have been blessed a 3 BR brand new place back in Mercer County and will be able to live with my College Twins again. You know who you are, and you have Welcomed me in to your Community! I have great Love teaching for you and hope our will paths cross again. I Love you all.

Our Story

Dear Fitness Friends --

During this time of the New Norm, as we keep on hearing, I decided to update my Fitness page and My Story. My story was outdated, and still proud to be teaching now for 32 Years, and not 30.....it’s a great sense of Accomplishment with Drive and Motivation for Me and You. However, during this time of Covid 19, no one is “teaching” in the Gyms....So many of You and Us Instructors are suffering without our normal routines and great classes....

I’ll be honest on my Blog, that with the Covid 19 and Isolation, I have lost my Energy to teach for you on U-Tube and Facebook. I am challenged for the space to teach classes and the need to work remote is another challenge on it’s own to be productive for my work. Even though I have not produced many videos or workouts, I want to share what my Fitness Friends have...

I am following, Seasoned “CDornerFitness” and love Christine! She is allowing me to feel challenged and I look forward to her Live classes every day at 9:00 a.m. There are many of “US” Fitness Enthusiasts who are going above and beyond to give you a great variety of Workouts, and I commend them. Look up at your local gyms and you will see a wealth of Workouts! At this time, I feel I cannot make an effort everyday to give you a workout, but hopes that you connect with others! It’s my way of taking a “break”, well needed all these years. Just to chill and enjoy other Instructors....
