The 2026 Equinox Marathon & Relay was one to remember! We started in the fog after 5 days of on and off rain. By late morning, the sun was out and the fall colors were out on full display! We have been so lucky to have witnessed nearly 1000 (977) participants come together in true Fairbanks fashion to celebrate the changing of seasons by running, hiking, or relaying 26.2 miles of beautiful trails and roads. Thank you to our sponsors, thank you to many volunteers, and thank you to the heart and soul of all the participants!
