I have a love/hate relationship with social media. My inconsistent posting made that clear.
So I decided to redefine what it means to me — by committing to post every day for 30 days. Short challenges work for me.
30 days. That’s all it took.
Not to become perfect — but to become practiced. To stop overthinking and just show up. And it worked. I am far from perfect but I do have the beginnings of a new habit that can serve me and others.
This is why I started The Radiant Community — a space where women over 40 embrace one self-loving practice each month. No rigid rules. Just 28-30 days of building momentum together.
Because the habit isn’t about the outcome. It’s about becoming the kind of woman who shows up for herself.
What’s one practice you’re hoping to build this year? 👇

50 taught me that growth isn’t about adding more. Sometimes it’s about releasing what no longer fits.
These are the beliefs I’m actively unlearning — not because someone told me to, but because holding onto them was costing me peace.
Which one resonates? Or tell me what YOU’RE unlearning. 👇

It’s been a VERY long time since I’ve traveled just for pleasure. So I’m doing it differently this time.
No emails. No strict workouts. No food rules. No overstuffed itinerary. No pressure to capture the perfect shot.
Just presence. Just rest. Just me, actually in the moment.
This is what prioritizing rest and connection looks like for me right now. What would you give yourself permission to release? 👇

I’m usually a “pack my whole closet” kind of woman. Better to have it and not need it, right?
But this time, prepping for an international trip, it just felt like too much. So I’m experimenting with a capsule wardrobe — fewer pieces, more mix and match.
And something surprising happened. Just looking at the simplicity sent me back to my closet putting random items back.
Less just might be more.
Don’t ask me how to put one together yet — I’m still figuring it out. 😅 But maybe this is how I approach dressing and life moving forward.
Have you ever tried a capsule wardrobe? I’d love to know how it went. 👇

Hope isn’t something that just shows up. It’s something I’ve learned to return to...again and again.
A deep breath in a quiet moment. A child’s laughter. A puppy’s unconditional joy. Strangers showing up for each other when it matters most.
These are the things that remind me: peace is always accessible. Possibility is always there. I just have to tap in.
What brings you back to hope? I’d love to know. 👇

Somewhere along the way, we started thinking that protecting ourselves meant shrinking our hopes.
But I’ve learned that when I’m fearful and hopeless, I’m easier to control. The doom narrative benefits someone, and it isn’t me.
So I stopped saying “I don’t want to get my hopes up.” Now? My hopes are sky high. Because giving myself permission to dream is expanding my life in ways playing small never could.
In a world full of heavy news, hope isn’t naive. It’s revolutionary.
Are you with me? Tell me in the comments what you’re choosing to stay hopeful about. 👇

Perfectionism has a sneaky way of stealing our joy, especially when we’re doing something new.
We measure ourselves against the ideal. The perfect outcome. And when we fall short, we call it failure.
But there’s another way to measure.
The concept of “The Gap and The Gain” (from Dan Sullivan and Dr. Ben Hardy) changed how I see my own growth. Instead of focusing on how far I still have to go, I now ask: How far have I come?
These days, when I catch myself spiraling, I literally say out loud: “I’m in the gap right now. Name the gains.”
It brings me back to peace. Back to clarity. Back to planning from a place of growth…not guilt.
If perfectionism has been stealing your joy, save this. And tell me in the comments; what’s one gain you can name today? 👇

Scrolling. Shopping. Overworking. Saying yes to everything.
Sometimes the things we reach for to “feel better” might be a form of avoidance.
Real self-care? It’s often overlooked. And a bit more uncomfortable at first, because it asks us to actually feel instead of escape.
For me, being seen as “easy to work with” has been my challenge area. But being aware of this allows me to pause and recognize when this tendency starts to show up and choose differently.
Which one hit a little too close to home? Tell me yours in the comments 👇

Something new I’m trying. Before I say yes, checking in with myself. These questions help.
Swipe to see what I ask.

We don’t say this enough.
So here it is…a few things I’m proud of you…of us for. Even if no one else has said it lately.
Swipe through. Let it land.
And if one of these hits home, save the post. Come back to it on the hard days.
