Our goal is to create a more competitive softball environment and develop players for high school-level softball. The Blue
Jays Softball Program is dedicated to player development, competitive success, and fostering a love for the game. Our experienced coaching staff emphasizes skill building, teamwork, and preparing athletes for higher levels of play. We strive to build a strong softball community by teaching advanced skills, encouraging teamwork, and creating connections between local families. Additionally, we support our local Little League (Fairfax Little League) and high school softball programs. Our 12-and-under program is designed to complement participation in Little League during the spring season, with the goal of making Little League Tournament Teams more competitive and helping them advance toward the Little League World Series. The Blue Jays program focuses on three pillars: individual skill development, practice, and gameplay. We aim to maintain a balanced approach across all three pillars. During the fall and spring seasons, the emphasis will be on practice and gameplay. In the summer and winter, the focus will shift to developing individual skills often overlooked in other travel programs. Players will follow personalized training programs tailored to their needs, participating in small group sessions led by professional instructors.
