What a way to close out our 12U season.

This week at the Alliance Fastpitch Championship Series, we had the opportunity to compete against talented teams from across the country, experience a new level of competition, and celebrate the game we all love. We’re incredibly proud of how this team competed, supported one another, and represented VA Glory. A huge thank you to Kaelyn and Nina for joining us this week!

To our players, families, and coaches, thank you for an unforgettable 12U season. This group has grown so much, and we’re excited for what’s ahead.

Our 12U chapter has officially come to an end, and next month, this team begins an exciting new journey as 14U.

The future is bright. 💙❤️🥎

A great night for softball and our community!

VA Glory 12U Willemssen was proud to join the Fairfax County Park Authority and the Firebirds 12U for a friendly scrimmage celebrating the newly renovated softball facilities and turf field at Wakefield Park.

Our girls had a blast competing, enjoying the game, and helping celebrate this exciting investment in the future of softball. A special shoutout to Chloe for throwing a complete game in the circle!

CHAMPIONS!!!!

Seven games. Seven wins. One incredible weekend.

Our girls went 4-0 today and finished 7-0 to win the Summer Slam Championship.

Another pair of complete games from Leah/Zoe and Quinn/Liv, highlighted by Leah’s no-hitter, helped get us there. But the championship game was the definition of a team win. Everyone stepped up, everyone contributed, and together we battled our way to a 15-9 victory.

This team continues to show what can happen when talent, trust, and heart come together.

A perfect 3-0 pool play day at the Summer Slam tournament!

Our girls came ready to compete from the first pitch. Leah & Zoe and Quinn & Liv each teamed up for complete games in our first two matchups, with Leah throwing a shutout and Quinn allowing just one run. Behind them, our defense was locked in all day. They were making plays, backing each other up, and keeping the momentum rolling.

A total team effort, and we’re excited to keep it going.
