Diving into 35 like…
Grateful for this life full of adventures and incredible opportunities. Even more thankful for the friends & family who support me through it all.
The past year and a half has been a crazy ride. We’ve all experienced more pain and heartbreak than normal, but it has helped me see the good in life at the same time. I’ve been quiet on social media to reflect on my own journey but am looking forward to share more again soon.
Here’s to another epic year!

Rollin' into this move week like...
If there's one thing the Navy taught me, it's how to move and be comfortable with being on the road. It doesn't mean the moves don't come with a mix of emotions: excitement for what's next, gratitude for the relationships I've formed, sadness to be leaving my dear friends, loneliness of moving as a single person, exhaustion from packing and moving, and a little anxiety for the uncertainty of my next home.
So much of the time I get caught up with the hustle and bustle of the move and it seems like I don't reflect or show as much emotion towards the move as they're due, so this week I'm going to change that. This week I'm going to reflect on a few of the moves that have meant so much to me over the years.

Throwback to a Saturday spent knocking out projects around the "house" or Sharktank.
When were deployed for 9 months, one of my favorite "house projects"/hobbies was my gardening. Here we were in the Sharktank setting up our hydroponic herb garden.
There are so many similarities between deployment and quarantine, we were stuck in one place, there was so much uncertainty about how things would evolve day to day, and you have to find hobbies to break up the monotony of work.
