Have you been craving a pause from the rush of everyday life? 🍂 Join me, The Appalachian Healer, this October in the breathtaking mountains of Fayetteville, WV for a women’s retreat designed to help you find balance, reconnect with yourself, and welcome inner peace. Reserve your spot by September 15th! Retreat is the weekend of Oct 3-5th!

Through gentle movement, ceremony, sound healing, and outdoor adventures like hiking and even a bridge walk, we’ll create space to release what no longer serves us and step into a season of renewal together. 💫

In an effort to be mindful of the busyness of the season, I want to make the effort to be slow and enjoy the time. ⏸️

🔮 December 15th - Full Moon Shamanic Sound Journey at Main Street Yoga 6PM

🎉 December 29th - End of the Year Gathering (Party!!) at Main Street Yoga (stay tuned for details!)

🎵 Mondays have private sessions available for either Thai Yoga Bodywork or Sound Healing in the Vault! See Main Street Yoga's website for more info!

This class will be a mix of opening flow, guided breathwork & meditation, information about how we are showing up during this eclipse & how to work with the moon energy, and meditative movement practices to bring your energy centers into alignment. 🌖
