💚🖤 ’Twas the Night Before School 🖤🤍
’Twas the night before school, and all through the halls,
Not a Thunderbird stirred—not even in the walls.
The green, black, and white stood ready with pride,
As excitement and nerves were building inside.
The backpacks were packed, and the schedules were checked,
New classes, new teachers—what could we expect?
The halls would soon echo with laughter and cheer,
As another school year was finally here!
The Thunderbird was ready, its wings spread wide,
Waiting to soar with that Thunderbird pride.
From freshmen arriving to seniors who lead,
Together we’ll make this a year to exceed.
So rest up tonight, for tomorrow we fly,
With Thunderbird spirit reaching the sky!
Green, black, and white—we’ll proudly wear,
Because being a Thunderbird means showing we care.
So goodnight, dear students, the time has come—
Tomorrow we rise, together as one.
The first day is waiting, so let’s make it right…
