My cousin, Aaron, came to me with a goal to lose body fat and continue working toward his healthy lifestyle shift.
Aaron and I met twice a week for about 4 months for one-on-one sessions. Outside of our sessions, he stayed active by swimming, taking walks, working in his yard, hiking, and kayaking. His diet consisted of nutrient dense foods, but ate intuitively and did not restrict.
He has done a great job of balancing his healthy movement/nutrition practices with much needed rest days & nights out with friends 🍺 🤪

CINNAMON ROLL BAKED OATS🤤✨
Woke up Saturday morning to the best breakfast made by NEEDED to share this recipe because it was delicious and packed with protein.

Baked Oats Ingredients:
½ cup oats (blended into powder)
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
½ scoop protein powder (i just used vanilla!) **my FAV protein powder is 1st Phorm’s Phormula One Whey!**
⅓ cup milk (recipe seems to work best with actual milk instead of an alternative, but just cook it longer if you use almond milk!)
¼ tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp maple syrup
⅛ tsp salt
1 tbsp cream cheese
2 tbsp greek yogurt
1-2 tbsp milk for thinner consistency
½ scoop protein powder
Blend baked oats ingredients together and pour into an oven safe ramieken or baking dish - Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes! Grease dish before pouring
Combine glaze ingredients together in a bowl and use on top of baked oats!
Serving; (will vary depending on exact ingredients you choose to use)

tbh, just found this recipe online when i searched for “baked oats” but I had to share bc they are GOOOD
1/2 cup rolled or quick oats
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 ripe banana
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tbsp nut butter
1/4 tsp. baking powder
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of sea salt
•preheat oven to 350
•blend all ingredients (besides choc. chips) in a blender
•pour into very small baking dish/ramikens/lined cupcake tray.
•add in choc chips
•bake for 25-30 min

i just really loved this workout:) low impact, bodyweight, mindful movement 🙌🏼 (also full body friday 🎉) i’ve been working harder than ever lately to connect my breath with my movements and to incorporate more workouts like this to slow down, engage properly, and be fully aware of my working muscles/breathing. it feels so good! would definitely recommend ♥️(video was slightly sped up bc i was moving prettyyy slow) go through each of these 8 exercises for 3-4 rounds. round ONE: 60s each, choose your rest between exercises. round TWO: 50s each, choose rest round THREE: 45s each, choose rest round FOUR: (optional) 30s each @_little_lion_13 inspires me to move slow so thank u!
