Day 28! 12 days to go. I'm grateful for this life and this journey and want to continue to explore ways to create balance.

This countdown challenge that I do each year is an opportunity to reevaluate and discover new ways to create that balance.

My biggest, lifelong struggle: SUGAR! Somebody help me cuz no matter what, "I want candy" 🎶🎶🤣🤣

Morning!!

Day 12: I've been up since 5 working so I haven't exercised yet this morning. I'm teaching class tonight so I might save it for this afternoon at the Y before class.

Vegan is going well but I want to be more focused on the raw part. Juicing mango, grapes, carrots and turmeric for breakfast.

Good morning! Day 9 underway. I started with this morning.💪🏾 I weighed myself yesterday and had gained a pound since I started my program.🤯 I have been lifting more weights though 🤔.
