Here’s your snow day ❄️ Leg Day Workout!

▫️Bulgarian Split Squats (12 reps per leg)
• Use a sturdy chair or couch to elevate your back foot. Focus on slow and controlled movement for strength.

▫️Jump Squats (20 reps)
• Explode upward, land softly, and reset. Builds power and endurance.

▫️Wall Sit Hold (45 seconds)
• Lean against a wall with thighs parallel to the ground. Engages quads and builds endurance.

▫️Single-Leg Deadlifts (10 reps per leg)
• Balance on one leg, hinge at the hips, and reach toward the floor while keeping your back straight. Great for hamstring strength.

▫️Squat Jacks (25 reps)
• Jump your feet out into a squat, then jump back to standing with feet together. Keep your chest up, land softly, and repeat.

▫️ Calf Raises (25 reps)
• Go slow and hold at the top for 2 seconds to increase strength and stability.

Another at-home bodyweight workout🔥

30 seconds on / 15 seconds off
3-4 rounds per set

Set 1 -

🔸 Double Pulse Squat to Squat Jump:
Drop into a squat, pulse twice, then squat jump.

🔸 Skaters:
Jump side to side, landing softly

🔸 180° Squat Jumps:
Squat, then jump and rotate 180° before landing back into a squat.

🔸High Knees:
Sprint in place, driving your knees high.

Set 2-

🔸High Plank Shoulder Taps:
In a plank, alternate tapping your shoulders.

🔸High Plank Jacks:
Jump your feet out and in while holding a strong plank.

🔸High Plank to Bear Plank:
Shift from a high plank to a bear plank.

🔸Blast-off Push ups:
Perform a push up, shift all of your weight back in to your heels, then shift forward again into a full push up.

Set 3 -

🔸Full Burpees:
Jump, squat, plank, push-up, and jump again.

🔸Mountain Climbers:
In a high plank, drive your knees to your chest quickly.

No equipment needed at-home workout ⤵️

Ready to crush your workout without leaving the house? Here’s a killer full-body routine.

(Make sure to hit that save button!)

🌀 AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) in 20 minutes.

🔸 Push-Up to Alt Toe Touch:
Start in a push-up position, do one push-up, then reach opposite hand to opposite foot.

🔸 Plank Up/Down (High Plank to Low Plank):
Hold a high plank, then drop to your forearms and back up, alternating sides.

🔸 Wide Mountain Climbers:
In a high plank, drive one knee wide toward the outside of your elbow, switch and do the same thing on the other side, alternating quickly to get your heart-rate up!

🔸 Squat to Alternating Back Lunge:
Perform a deep squat, then step one leg back into a lunge, alternating sides. (1:1 Count)

🔸 Gorilla Squats:
Squat stance, bend down and grab your toes while sinking down into a low squat. Holding on to your toes the entire time, drive your butt up, and then back down into a squat.
