Fitness Tip of the Day: Rest intervals are the time taken to recuperate between sets when resistance training. Adjust these intervals between 0-60s for muscle growth, 0-90s for stabilization and endurance, and 3-5 minutes for powerlifting and maximal strength for best results. πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ
