1st Set~ 25x each side + 2 minute cardio/plyo of your choice
2nd Set~ 35x each side + 3 minute cardio/plyo of your choice
3rd Set~ 45x each side + 4 minute cardio/plyo
4th Set~ 55x each side + 5 minute cardio/plyo
*No rest between squats and cardio choice
*Rest 30 -45 sec between sets
